A phurba, sometimes called a "magic dagger", is a tantric ritual object used to conquer evil spirits and to destroy obstacles. It is utilized in magic rituals by high level tantric practitioners. This phurba is 7 x 2 x 2 inches long and was handmade in Nepal. The phurba shown in the photo is called a kartika, and there are two types of this phurba available, the kartika (like in the photo) and the traditional phurba dagger, known as the Kilaya.
