Singing bowls can also be used in yoga class, to meditate, or just as a beautiful addition to your Tibetan or musical collection. This bowl is 6 inches at its thickest point, 5 inches at the rim, and 3 inches tall. The wooden stick ("Puja") is included with the bowl, but the stand is sold separately. Handmade in Nepal.
