This mala is made from bodhi seeds and turquoise. Each bead is 11 mm. There are three turquoise counting beads on this mala, and there is one large bodhi seed counting bead near the tassel. These beads will help as you move through the mala during meditation. This mala is 47 inches long and was handmade in Nepal. The Bodhi seed is especially significant in Buddhism because Aviloketshvara found enlightenment while seated under a Bodhi tree.
